Unused and unopened beauty cosmetic products may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Fashion Items:
Fashion items such as clothing, shoes, and accessories can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached to be eligible for return.
